We are pleased to announce the start of a collaboration with Japanese optical-cartridge pioneer DS Audio. Together, we are developing a dedicated phono-equalizer module for our forthcoming integrated amplifier, REGAL INT250, optimized for DS Audio’s unique optical cartridges.
“We are honored by the trust DS Audio has placed in us and look forward to combining their ground-breaking optical technology with our own electronics and cable expertise,” says Anders Hansson, founder and chief designer at REGAL.
Development begins immediately with support from DS Audio’s engineering team and an evaluation sample of the DS-W3 cartridge. Our goal is to demonstrate the first prototype in autumn 2025.
